The NERD FORCE specializes in on site computer and technology support, seven days a week. We provide services to thousands of customers throughout the country. You can use us on an as-needed basis or ask a Certified IT-Mobile about our IT-Mobile Care Support Plans, both available for a flat price.

Step 1

Simply call our award winning customer support center at 1-914-305-1472 and we'll explain our services and pricing estimate over the phone. For fast service, you may also complete our online Service Request Form.

Step 2

Our Customer Service Representative will schedule a local Certified IT-Mobile to come on site to your location at a day and time that is convenient to you, even the same day in many cases. We do not charge for travel time and travel cost.

Your Certified IT-Mobile will call you prior to your appointment to confirm our on site visit. Our bright yellow IT-Mobile Mobile will then arrive on time at your home or office and, upon completion of diagnostics, the friendly Certified IT-Mobile will present an exact price for the solution. Remember, we only charge flat fees for all of our solutions and services.

Step 3

Your computer, software, network, internet connection or other hardware are then diagnosed, repaired and tested on site and to your satisfaction. In some cases, and at no additional cost to you, your equipment may be picked up by your Certified IT-Mobile so that further testing or extensive repair can be performed at one of our local offices. Upon completion, a full payment is expected.

Our customer service representatives will do a follow-up call a couple of days after your appointment to ensure 100% satisfaction.
